RUGELACH 
8 oz. butter
8 oz. cream cheese
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
2 tbsp. cinnamon

Soften butter and cream cheese. Mix together, then add flour. Separate into 2 equal balls, wrap in wax paper and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

FILLING: Mix nuts, cinnamon and sugar together. Remove dough from refrigerator and roll 1 ball into a large circle (about the size of a pizza). Spread 1/2 of nut mixture on top and cut into 16 pieces. Roll each piece up and place on cookie sheet. Repeat procedure with remaining dough. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes until lightly browned.
