KINGS ARMS TAVERN PECAN
CONFECTIONS
 
1 egg white, beat stiff
1 c. brown sugar
1 pinch salt
1 c. chopped pecans
1 level tbsp. flour

Mix sugar, salt, and flour together and set aside. Beat the egg white to a stiff froth and gradually add the dry ingredients. Stir in the pecans. Drop by the spoonful on greased cookie sheets leaving lots of space between. Bake in a very slow 300-325 degree oven for 15 minutes. Leave in pan until partly cooled. Remove. Makes about 2 dozen.
