KRAUT DUMPLINGS 
KRAUT:

1 pt. kraut
1 tbsp. oil

Pour kraut with juice and oil into a 3-quart pot. Bring to a boil. (Prepare dumplings while heating.)

DUMPLINGS:

1 c. self-rising flour
1 tbsp. oil
1 egg
1/4 c. milk

In a mixing bowl mix ingredients to a dough consistency. Drop by tablespoon into boiling kraut. Cook about 10 minutes. Makes enough for 4 to 6 servings.
