CHOCOLATE MINT COOKIES 
3/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. water
2 c. chocolate chips
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 pkg. Andes mints

Heat first 4 ingredients until butter and chocolate are melted. Let cool. Add last 4 ingredients. Chill for 1 hour. Drop by teaspoon onto baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-13 minutes. Top with Andes mints.
