LOBSTER (LANGOSTINOS) NEWBURG 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. langostinos
1 roll Hi-Ho crackers
1/2 stick butter

Thaw, rinse, and drain lagostinos. Butter casserole dish well. Blend crackers in blender until real fine. Pour enough to cover bottom of casserole dish, then add broken pieces of lagostinos (all of it); add rest of crackers on top. Put dashes of butter (1/2 stick) on top. Put in oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Langostinos and white sauce is good on toast or patty shells. Serve with peas or green beans or salad.
