JAM CAKE 
1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. sour milk
1/4 c. unsweetened grape juice
1 c. jam (1/2 c. grape jelly, 1/2 c. blackberry jelly or jam)
1 1/2 c. flour (plain)
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. allspice (1/2 c. raisins if desired)
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder

Cook in 2 cake pans that have been greased and floured until begins to turn loose from pan (don't over cook).

ICING:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. butter, softened
1 lb. confectioners' sugar
Add a little milk if needed
