2 eggs, beaten
3 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
Dash of salt
1 lg. pkg. cream cheese
Grated onions or flakes

Add sugar, vinegar and salt to eggs. Stir over low heat until thick. Pour over cream cheese; add onion and blend well. Let cool. Delicious as fresh vegetable dip.
