PORK CHOP AND POTATO BAKE 
6 pork chops
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sour cream
1 can (2.8 oz.) French fried onions
1 (24 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese

Brown chops. Sprinkle with salt. Combine soup, milk, sour cream, pepper and 1/2 tsp. salt. Stir in potatoes, 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 cup onions. Spoon mixture into 9x12 inch pan. Arrange pork chops over potatoes. Bake 350 degrees, covered, for 90 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake 5 minutes uncovered. Serves 6.
