BONELESS PORK ROAST 
1 lg. pork loin roast, boneless
Lemon pepper
Salt
Dry mustard
Paprika
Sweet basil leaves
6-8 slices bacon, uncooked
1/2 c. sweet vermouth

Sprinkle roast with seasonings. Wrap bacon slices around roast. Place in Dutch oven. Pour vermouth over top.

Bake at 325 degrees until done (about 40-45 minutes per pound). Baste occasionally to keep moist.
