LIME CHEESE CAKE | |
1 can milk (put in freezer to get ice cold) 1 lg. pkg. lime Jello, dissolve in 1 c. hot water Beat in 2 packages cream cheese until cheese is thoroughly mixed, let cool. Make graham cracker crust in 12 x 12 inch cake pan. I don't bake my crust. Whip can milk until forms peaks. Add sugar. Mix in Jello mixture. Pour on crust. Add some cracker crumbs on top. Put in refrigerator until sets, about 2 hours. |
