BEANS, RICE & PEPPERS (PARVE) 
2 c. red kidney beans, cooked
4 c. cooked rice
1 green pepper, sliced into 1" squares
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 onion, sliced in strips or diced
2 cloves garlic, sliced

Saute onion, garlic and green pepper in oil until slightly tender. Add soy sauce and black pepper. When it's warm, pour over mixed rice and beans; stir. Can be eaten warm or cold.
