GOLDEN APPLES 
3 med. cooking apples, unpeeled, cored, and cut into 1/4 inch slices
1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. honey
2 tbsp. apricot preserves

Combine apples and orange juice in a large skillet; bring to a boil over high heat. Stir in honey and apricot preserves; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes. Serve warm. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
