NO CRUST FUDGE PIE 
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
5 tbsp. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 to 1-1/2 c. pecans

Mix eggs, sugar, and butter. Add flour, cocoa, and salt. Stir in vanilla and pecans. Pour into buttered 8-inch pie pan.

Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes (better to underbake).

Cut into wedges. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
