PECAN COFFEE CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) instant vanilla pudding mix
4 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1/3 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2/3 c. chopped pecans
1/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
2 tbsp. orange juice

In a mixing bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into a greased 13 x 9 x 2 baking pan. Combine pecans (can use walnuts) sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over batter. Cut through with a knife to swirl.

Bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.

In a small bowl, combine confectioners sugar and orange juice until smooth; drizzle over warm coffee cake.

Yields 12 - 15 servings.
