STRAWBERRY RICE SALAD 
1/2 c. rice (not minute rice)
3 c. water
1 pkg. wild strawberry gelatin
1/2 c. sugar
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 c. whipped cream

Cook rice in 3 cups boiling water until tender, about 20-30 minutes. Drain rice, reserve water. Dissolve gelatin in 1/2 cup hot rice water. Then combine gelatin, sugar, warm rice and pineapple. When partially set, add the whipped cream.
