2 eggs
1 tbsp. milk
1 slice luncheon meat, ham cut in thin strips
Salt & pepper to taste
Green food coloring

Crack open eggs in bowl. Add milk, salt and pepper. Mix. Add food coloring to desired green color. Pour eggs in frying pan that has oil or butter melted in it. Add ham. Stir often. 1 serving.
