HURRICANE BOB SOUP 
2 lbs. chicken in pieces
1 sm. onion, cut half
2 cloves garlic
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped carrots
1/2 c. chopped potatoes
1 tbsp. tomato sauce
Salt as desired
1 beef bouillon broth
3 leaves cilantro
1/2 c. squash, fresh
1 pkg. Sazon Goya (seasonings)
5 c. water

Get a big pot with water. Put all the ingredients inside pot. Set slow flame. Cover and leave stand for 45 minutes. Delicious on rainy days. Makes 8 servings.
