RIGATONI WITH BROCCOLI SAUCE 
1/2 c. olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 bunch broccoli floweretts
1 lg. can of tomatoes, crushed
1/4 lb. or more sliced thin and cut up Prosciutto
1/4 c. red wine
1 bouillon cube
1 c. water
Salt and pepper
1/4 c. fresh basil and parsley
1 lb. Rigatoni grated cheese

Saute together oil, garlic, onions until soft (not brown) add broccoli, prosciutto, and saute 5 minutes. Add tomatoes and cook about 20 minutes. Add wine, bouillon cube, water and spices and cook 5 or 10 minutes more. Pour over Rigatoni and serve with your favorite grated cheese.
