PRETZEL SALAD | |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. pretzels, crushed 1 1/2 sticks butter 3 tbsp. sugar 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 env. Dream Whip, whipped 1 c. sugar 2 sm. or one lg. strawberry Jello 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries 3 c. boiling water Mix pretzels, butter and 3 tablespoons sugar. Pat in bottom of 13 x 8 inch pan, save some for the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool. Mix cream cheese, Dream Whip, and sugar. Spread over pretzels. Dissolve Jello and add frozen strawberries, slightly thawed. Let set until slightly jelled. Pour over the cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle the remaining pretzels on top. Refrigerate.
