CROCK POT STEW 
1 lb. stew meat
4 lg. potatoes
2 carrots
1 onion
2 stalks celery
1 clove garlic
Salt and pepper
Parsley flakes
Bay leaf
1 can golden mushroom soup

Cut up vegetables. Put in crock pot. Add meat, then spices. Add soup (undiluted); cover. Cook on high 4 hours or high 1 hour and turn on low for 7 hours.
