CABBAGE BEEF SOUP 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, diced
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 can tomatoes
1 can red kidney beans (same size can as tomatoes)
2 c. beef broth (or more)
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. chili powder

Saute celery and onion in butter. Add ground beef and cook until beef loses its redness, keeping beef in small pieces. Add tomatoes, beans, pepper, chili powder and beef juice. Cook 1 hour. Then add cabbage and cook 20-30 minutes.
