1 c. heavy whipping cream
1 tbsp. powdered sugar (may need more)
Food coloring

Stir 1 tablespoon powdered sugar into cream and divide among small bowls. (If you would like a thicker paint, use more sugar.) Add different food coloring to each bowl. Use small paint brushes to paint cookies with colored cream. Dip painted cookies thoroughly before storing.
