COFFEE CAKE FRUIT SQUARES 
1/2 lb. butter, softened
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 pt. sour cream
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
3 1/3 c. flour
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (21 oz.) can pie filling; blueberry, cherry or apple

CINNAMON NUT TOPPING:

1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. butter, softened
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Spray a 13 x 9 inch pan with Pam. In bowl, cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs beating well after each addition. Mix in sour cream. Add baking soda, baking powder, flour and vanilla. Mix well. Spread half the batter in pan, then cover with pie filling. Pour the remaining batter over pie filling. Sprinkle with Nut Topping and bake in 350 degree oven for 60 to 70 minutes or until tested done.
