ANGEL SALAD 
1 pkg. lime Jello
3/4 c. tap water
1 1/2 c. applesauce
1 tbsp. unflavored gelatin
1 tbsp. cold water
1/4 c. boiling water
2 c. cottage cheese
1/4 c. diced celery
1/4 c. mayonnaise

Completely dilute Jello in boiling water. Add cold water in which unflavored gelatin has been dissolved. Fold in other ingredients and chill either in individual molds or one large mold.
