CINNAMON ROLLS 
1/3 c. sugar
3 tbsp. yeast
1 1/4 c. warm water
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 tsp. salt
5 1/4 c. flour, sifted
1/4 c. butter, softened
1 1/2 tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
3/4 c. raisins

GLAZE:

2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. hot water
1 tsp. butter

Mix 1/3 cup sugar, yeast and oil with warm water. Cover and let stand 15 minutes in warm place. Mix eggs with yeast mix. Add salt to flour and add gradually to yeast mix. Knead 5 minutes. Roll into rectangle 1/4" thick (12" across). Brush on butter, sprinkle nuts, sugar, cinnamon and raisins. Roll up dough, cut 1" thick with thread. Let rest on cookie sheet for 10 minutes. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes. Glaze while warm.
