1 stick butter
2 1/2 tbsp. Cocoa
1/2 c. Milk
2 c. Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 c. Oats
1/2 c. Peanut Butter

Mix first four ingredients and bring to a boil for about 3 - 5 minutes. Take off stove and add last three ingredients and stir. Spoon onto wax paper until cool.
