FLOUNDER WITH WINE SAUCE 
4 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lb. flounder
1/2 c. butter
1 can black pitted olives, cut in half
1/2 c. white wine
Parsley
Juice of 1/2 lemon

Dip flounder in flour, then in egg mix. Heat oil in 12-inch frying pan. Fry flounder, then add wine, olives, butter, lemon juice, and parsley. Simmer a few minutes, then serve.
