2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. red hot candies
1 c. boiling water
1 c. ice water
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. applesauce, chilled
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. mayonnaise

Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Dissolve red hots in hot water and add to gelatin. Add ice water and lemon juice; chill until slightly thickened. Stir in applesauce and nuts. Pour into large serving bowl.

Warm cream cheese to room temperature; blend in mayonnaise until fluffy. Drop by spoonfuls into gelatin and swirl through to marble effect. Chill.
