QUICK SALOMI 
2 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 tsp. garlic powder (optional)
3 tbsp. Mortons quick tender salt
2 tbsp. liquid smoke
1/4 tsp. mustard seeds (whole)
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1 c. water

Form into 2 rolls. Wrap in tin foil and place in refrigerator for 24 hours. Place rolls in pan on rack and bake. Poke holes in sides and bottom before baking. Cool by unwrapping. After cool, wrap and store in refrigerator. Bake at 325 degrees for 90 minutes.
