FLUFFY WHITE FROSTING 
Combine 2 egg whites, 2/3 cup sugar, 1/2 cup light corn syrup, 3 tablespoons water, 1/8 teaspoon cream of tartar and 1/8 teaspoon salt in top of double boiler. Cook over rapidly boiling water, beating with rotary beater until mixture stands in peaks. Remove from heat. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla; continue beating until thick enough to spread. This frosting stays both firm and soft.

SEA FOAM FROSTING:

Substitute 2/3 cup brown sugar for the 2/3 cup white sugar.
