CABBAGE ROLLS 
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 pkg. bacon, cut in sm. pieces and fried
Salt and pepper to taste
1 onion, finely chopped
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1/4 c. ketchup
Seasonings to taste
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce (more if desired)
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
Cabbage leaves

Combine fried hamburger, bacon, onion, ketchup and seasonings. Brown together, add rice. Blanch cabbage leaves in boiling water for 3-4 minutes. Take leaves, fill with burger mixture, roll up and fasten with toothpicks.

Place in a casserole dish. Combine tomato sauce, brown sugar and vinegar. Pour over rolls. Simmer covered for 1-1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees in oven.
