CRANBERRY RELISH SALAD 
3 (12 oz.) bags fresh cranberries
2 1/4 c. sugar
4 env. Dream Whip (as directed on pkg.)
3 lbs. purple or red grapes, cut in half
2 (20 oz.) cans crushed pineapple, drained
1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts, optional

Pour sugar over cranberries that have been put through food grinder or in blender. Set aside for 1 hour. Drain cranberries.

In chilled bowl, whip whipping cream. Combine grapes, crushed pineapple, nuts and cranberries. Fold in whipping cream.

Large container of Cool Whip may be used instead of Dream Whip.
