COUSIN MATTIE'S CRANBERRY RELISH 
4 c. fresh cranberries
2 lg. tart apples, peeled & cored
2 oranges, quartered, seeds removed
1 lemon, quartered, seeds removed
2 1/2 c. sugar

Put cranberries, apples, orange and lemon quarters through coarse blade of food chopper. Place in large mixing bowl. Add sugar and blend well. Cover and refrigerate until well chilled (2 to 3 hours). Makes about 1 1/2 quarts relish, may be stored in refrigerator 2 to 3 weeks. Sufficient to fill 2 to 3 (1/2 pint) jars.
