CRUSTLESS CHEESE PIE 
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
3 1/2 c. fruit (reserve liquid)
1 pkg. vanilla pudding (3 1/2 oz.) not instant

Combine above ingredients except fruit. Beat 2 minutes. Pour into greased 9 or 10 inch deep pie pan. Top with drained fruit.

TOPPING:

8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. reserved syrup

Combine and beat 2 minutes. Spoon onto pie to within 1 inch of sides. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 35 minutes.
