SOUR CREAM CUCUMBERS 
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. red pepper (cayenne)
1/4 c. garlic wine vinegar
2 or 3 fresh cucumbers of med. size
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. chopped chives or 1 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. celery seed

Dissolve salt, sugar and pepper in wine vinegar. Whip cream until smooth and stiff. Add chives and celery seed. Slice cucumbers after scoring edges with fork tines. Combine with dressing and allow to stand in refrigerator at least 2 hours before serving.
