1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. milk
1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
2 eggs

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease 9 x 1 1/2 inch pie plate. Cook and stir ground beef and onion until brown. Drain and stir in salt and pepper. Spread in pie plate; sprinkle with cheese. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth - 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into pie plate. Bake at 400 degrees for approximately 30 minutes or until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. 6-8 servings.
