CHOCOLATE POUND CAKE 
3 c. flour
3 c. sugar
5 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 c. Crisco
1/2 lb. butter
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. cocoa (heaping)
1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring

Cream butter and sugar. Sift together dry ingredients. Beat in one egg at a time. Add flour and milk alternately. Pour into large greased and floured pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.

MOCHA FROSTING:

2 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
2 tbsp. top milk or cream
2 tbsp. shortening
4 tbsp. strong coffee, cold
1/8 tsp. salt

Place all ingredients in small mixer bowl and beat at speed 9 for 4 minutes, or until right consistency to spread.
