BARBEQUE SAUCE FOR BEEF OR
CHICKEN
 
6 tbsp. vinegar
1 onion, sliced
3/4 c. water
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 c. catsup
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tbsp. prepared mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp. Real Lemon

Blend in blender or food processor. Cook 10-15 minutes. Add 2 tablespoons butter (optional, for beef). Store in refrigerator.
