STRAWBERRY YUM YUM 
1 env. unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1 1/2 c. fresh strawberries
1 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 c. ice water
1/4 c. nonfat dry milk

In the cold water soften gelatin. Dissolve gelatin by placing over hot water. Mash berries; add salt, lemon juice, and sugar. Blend in softened gelatin; chill until it's thick.

Combine dry milk and ice water together; beat with mixer on high speed until stiff. Fold into gelatin. Pour in a 1-quart wet mold and chill. Only 23 calories per serving.
