1 (16 oz.) box spiral noodles 1/4 lb. butter 3 chopped onions 1 can cream of mushroom soup (I use 2 cans) 1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces 1 can sauerkraut lg. (1 lb. 3 oz.) can Saute chopped onion until golden in butter. Add rinsed sauerkraut. Pour over cooked noodles. Add undiluted soup and drained mushrooms. Add salt and pepper to taste and mix all. Pour in casserole dish (greased). Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour or until hot. Serve. I cover the dish until the last 15 minutes. |
