3 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. snipped fresh dill weed or 1/2 tsp. dried dill

Mix mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, and dill in a jar. Refrigerate.
