BUTTERMILK COOKIES 
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
4 1/2 to 5 c. flour
1 c. buttermilk
2 tsp. baking soda

Frosting:

6 tbsp. milk
6 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
powdered sugar

Chill dough a few hours before baking and frost with caramel frosting.

Bring frosting ingredients to a boil and add powdered sugar.
