ICE CREAM PIE 
Crust for top and bottom
1/2 c. oatmeal
1 c. melted butter
2 c. plain flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped pecans

Combine and crumble on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees about 15 minutes until brown. Watch it and stir. Press half of this in the bottom of 19x14 inch pan. Spread 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream over the crust. Spread 1 jar of caramel topping over top of ice cream.

Spread the remaining crumbs on top. Freeze. If you want to add maraschino cherries on top for each serving, it looks pretty.
