BAKED CHOP SUEY 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 c. diced onion
1 c. diced celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. raw rice
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 can bean sprouts, undrained
Chow mein noodles

Brown hamburger and onion. Salt and pepper to taste. Add all remaining ingredients except noodles. Heat and bake 3/4-1 hour at 400 degrees until rice is tender. Add 1 can chow mein noodles and brown slightly.
