STUFFING, WHOLE WHEAT 
2 c. whole wheat bread crumbs
2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. Accent
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/3 c. pecans, chopped
4 tbsp. butter, divided
1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
1/4 c. celery, finely chopped

In a bowl, mix together bread crumbs, poultry seasoning, salt, pepper, Accent and sugar. Reserve the mixture. In a skillet saute the pecans in 2 tablespoons of butter, until lightly colored. Remove pecans with a slotted spoon and add them to the bread crumb mixture. In another skillet saute remaining butter with onions and celery until soft. Add the onion, celery mixture to the bread crumb mixture combining the stuffing ingredients thoroughly. Let it cool completely. Yield: 2 1/2 cups.
