CAJUN CORNBREAD 
1 pkg. cornbread mix (prepare as directed)
1 lb. hamburger (browned & drained)
1 lg. onion (chopped)
1 can cream style corn
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cheddar cheese (grated)
Chopped jalapeno peppers (optional)
Salt, pepper & garlic powder to taste

Using long shallow baking dish, sprayed with Pam. Pour can of corn into cornbread mixture. Pour 1/2 cornbread mixture into dish and cover with meat then onion. Then 3/4 of grated cheese. Cover with remaining cornbread and cover with remaining cheese. Then peppers if wanted. Bake at 375 degrees until done, about 30 minutes.
