LASAGNA 
MEAT SAUCE:

1/4 c. olive oil
1 med. onion
4 cloves garlic
1 c. canned tomatoes
2 stalks celery
Salt & pepper
1/2 c. butter
1/2 lb. hamburger
3 tbsp. chopped parsley
3/4 c. tomato puree
1 sm. carrot

Saute hamburger and onions. Add garlic and parsley. Add tomatoes and puree; bring to a boil. Add celery and carrot; cook over low heat 1 hour. Cook lasagna noodles in water with 1 tablespoon salt and 1 tablespoon oil. Cook until tender. Layer meat sauce, cheese, and noodles alternately. Start with sauce and with cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Let cool slightly then serve.
