BUSY DAY MEAL 
6 lg. potatoes, cut into cubes
6 carrots, cut in pieces
2 1/2 lbs. stew meat, cut up
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 tsp. salt & paprika
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. flour
1 (10 oz.) box frozen peas
1 c. bouillon (beef flavor)
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce

Layer potatoes, then carrots in crock pot. Top with meat. Sprinkle meat with soy sauce, salt, paprika, pepper and flour. Spread peas over meat. Combine the bouillon and tomato sauce and pour over all. Cover and cook about 7 hours at medium heat, 5 hours on high.
