SAUCY CHICKEN BREASTS 
2 small whole chicken breasts
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
Paprika
1 chicken bouillon cube
2 tbsp. white wine (or water)
1/4 tsp. instant minced onion
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1 (2 oz.) can sliced mushrooms

Sprinkle chicken with seasoned salt and paprika. Place in small baking dish. Dissolve bouillon cube in 2/3 cup boiling water. Add wine, onion, curry and dash of pepper. Pour over chicken. Cover, bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover, bake 45 minutes. Remove chicken to platter. Blend flour and cold water in saucepan. Stir in pan juices. Cook and stir until bubbling. Drain mushrooms. Add to gravy. Heat through. Spoon over chicken to serve.
