SLOPPY JOES 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef plus 1/2 lb. ground pork
1 lg. onion, chopped fine
1 pt. tomato juice
1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1 pt. milk
2 eggs

Mix together and bake for 1 1/2 hours, stirring often. If it gets too thick, add a little water to keep right consistency for sandwiches.
